One Component sealant

Self Adhesive Repair Tape

Reflective aluminium foil coated with a thick self-adhesive layer of rubber modified bitumen, Excellent adhesion and weatherproofing qualities. The primer aids adhesion on rough or porous surfaces.

Gun Grade Polyurethane Foam

A one-component PU foam packaged in aerosol form. Expands up to 40 times to fill and seal

and acoustic insulation characteristics. Over-paintable.

WEBBFLEX PU FOAM

In-Situ Polyurethane Foam And Solvent Cleaner

One-component PU foams in a pressurised canister. The liquid PU expands on application and cures through moisture

absorption. Excellent adhesion to most substrates and good thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics. Over-paintable.

Duel purpose solvent cleaner is used for purging the gun applicator and cleaning nozzle.

Typical Uses:

A multi-purpose gap-filling, sealing, bonding and insulating medium used for such applications as window installations, sealing of partition walls, panels and boards, fixing of motorway barriers.

WEBBFLEX B1

Fire Retardant Polyurethane Foam

A fire-retardant version of Webbflex PU. Foam tested to DIN 4102 part 1 B1.

Typical Uses:

Prevents the transmission of smoke, seals around pipework, insulates against noise, heat or cold. Enhanced performance is achieved by capping with intumescent or fire rated sealant or paint.

DIN 4102 Part 1 Class B1, CFC free.

BS476 And B1 Fire Rated Foam

Tested in it's own right as a fire seal in both vertical and horizontal joints to BS 476 Part 20 with and without over-capping and giving excellent performance for up to 5 hours (integrity and insulation) according to join size and configuration. Meets class B1 of DIN 4102 part 1. Full certificate available for inspection.
